How much is shipping and how long does it take?
U.S. orders of $150 or more ship free; orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.95. Shoes are prepared in 3–7 business days (many are made to order) and delivered in 3–7 business days after shipping, with tracking. U.S. addresses only. Shipping policy
What if the shoes don't fit?
Unworn shoes in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Try them on indoors. Refund policy
What size should I order?
Order your usual U.S. men's dress shoe size. Between sizes, choose the larger one; loafers should feel snug at first because they have no laces.
Oxford or derby?
Oxfords have closed lacing and look more formal; derbies have open lacing and fit wider feet more easily.
How do I care for leather shoes?
Use shoe trees, brush after wearing and polish every few wears. See our shoe care journal.
